I was born in Costa Mesa, California. I am currently living, working, and studying in Basel, Switzerland.
I use analog material. I work with poetry, light, shadows, silence, my dog Tokyo, walking, staring for long periods of time. I work tentatively with photography, installation, and printing, and sometimes other things.
I often gravitate towards a potential moment in uncertainty, as a way to understand what it could mean to be fully present. A gap or pause, an in-between or void-like space.
I collaborate with my dear friend Sarah C. Moore under the shared entity we read cracks.
